How a video guestbook works: what to expect, from booking to the day after

The short answer: You book online and send us a short greeting video. On the day, guests lift the receiver, hear your greeting and leave a message. After the event, every video file is yours.

What is the timeline?

1. Booking

   Book online, 3 days to 18 months ahead. $50 secures your date if the event is 2 or more months away.

2. 2 months before

   Balance and refundable deposit due. We remind you on WhatsApp and email.

3. 7 days before

   Confirm set-up times and your on-site contact in Manage my booking.

4. 48 hours before

   Send us your greeting video. We set it up on the phone.

5. Event day

   We deliver and set up (Signature and Premium). Guests record their messages.

6. After

   You get every video file. Your deposit is back within 24 hours of collection.

What do guests do?

Lift the receiver, hear your greeting, leave a message of a couple of minutes, hang up. An instruction stand beside the phone shows them how.

What should my greeting say?

Keep it short and warm: say hello, thank them for coming, and tell them what to share, like a memory, a wish or some advice.

Will you post our videos?

Only if you say yes. Every video is private by default. You can tick a box when you book to let us feature your event on Instagram.

Can guests watch the videos during the party?

Yes, with real-time video export: $80 without editing or $250 with editing.

Do I need someone to look after it?

No, but an on-site attendant is available from $60 for 2 hours.

How long is the rental?

A rental day covers 24 hours. Late returns are $40 per hour.
